About this nanny job

Hello, my name is Elissa and my husband’s name is Ryan. We’re looking for someone who can care for our two little ones, my sons have a disability, my 3 year old has autism and my 6 year old has a speech impairment and a behavioral problem, but they’re very good children. I’m currently attending college and my husband works during the day and won’t have time to pick my oldest son from school, and my little ones come home on the bus and they need someone to be here to get them off the bus and stay with them until I get back home from picking up my oldest, since he’s the last one to get picked up I usually pick him up after I’m done with my school and then make my way home with him. We need someone who is caring, loving, playful, fun, kind, and understanding, like I mentioned my kids have a disability and we need someone who we can trust with our children and make sure are kids are safe and well protected while we’re away. And also we would like someone who would be available to stay sometimes on the weekends for a couple of hours to stay with all three of my boys and we will pay extra for your service, my twelve year old don’t really need much caring since he can do things for himself, but just to watch them for a couple of hours.
