I am a care coach with Cariloop, an approved UrbanSitter partner, looking to fulfill an after school Child Care job for a family on UrbanSitter with the following need: Hi there! We’re looking for a reliable, engaging afternoon caregiver who drives to help with our two children (ages 5 and 7) on weekday afternoons. We are looking for someone to help with picking our kids up from school (using our car), playing with them, and helping with homework. If you like to cook and could help with light dinner prep, that's a major plus. Please respond only if you have experience with everything described below: -Providing attentive, fun, and safe after-school care at home -Engaging the kids with play, activities, or downtime as appropriate -Helping with homework as needed -Assisting with light dinner prep (simple meals; not a full cooking role) About Our Household -Mom works from home but is often in meetings, so we need someone comfortable taking the lead in the afternoons -We value clear communication, punctuality, and a calm, positive presence Ideal Caregiver -Valid driver’s license and comfortable driving children (in our car) -Responsible, warm, and dependable -Experience with school-aged children preferred; ADHD experience a plus -Enjoys engaging kids and supporting routines -Non smoker SCHEDULE: Approx. 8 hours. Wednesday-Friday 2:30 pm - 5:00 pm.
