About this nanny job

Are there any nannies available here? My wife and I are currently looking for a reliable babysitter. We’re hoping to hire someone by the start of the month, though an earlier start would be a plus. We have two children, Dustin (age 2) and Sarah (age 4). The schedule would be from around 10 a.m. onward, with an estimated 45–50 hours per week, and the potential for additional hours if needed. Both parents work from home, so the sitter must be comfortable with that arrangement. We’re offering $40 per hour.
