About this nanny job

Hello! We are searching for someone reliable, loving, and fun to babysit our two kids long term. Babysitter must be comfortable feeding the kids vegan food (we will have plenty of options at home), cloth diapering the baby (toddler is confidently using the potty), and loosely practicing the RIE philosophy or having an understanding of child development. We do not show screens to our kids. They love being outside and also love playing at home. We would appreciate some help with chores around the house but this is not required. Thank you!
