About this nanny job

We’re looking for a part-time nanny to start beginning of February for 2 days/week - could expand to 3 days/week in the summer for our 11-month old, son. The position is for Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Ladera Heights with consistent hours from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM on both days. This will be a recurring position with main responsibilities including age-appropriate play, managing meal and snack times, overseeing naps, and light tidying around the house. We value a loving and attentive approach, someone who can create a fun and safe environment. Both parents work from home and are very hands-on. Prefer someone with 10+ years experience caring for infants, is a "nap magician" to help with independent naps while respecting our gentle approach, communicates well and is warm, intuitive and aligned with how we parent which is attachment style. We require someone who is infant/child CPR certified (or willing to complete), up to date on Tdap + flu (COVID if preferred), non-smoker, has a driver's license and own car.
