About this nanny job

My wife and I were recently able to start working from home which is great because now we can probably spend more time with the kids. My two year old is currently in full time daycare and my 8 month old currently stays home. 8 month old is starting to get to be alot to handle while trying to work at the same time. We would love to pull my 2 year old out of full time day care and have her home more so we can spend more time with her. But we would also need someone to entertain and take on some of the childcare responsibility while my wife and I are busy with work. We have decently flexible schedules so we would be present. But the kids are at ages where they can be needy and dont understand that mommy and daddy have jobs. We do also have dogs. There is no expectation to take care of the dogs. They pretty much hangout in the garage with me throughout the day as my office is located in the garage. But if you love dogs thats a plus cause they will love you.
