We’re a friendly family of three looking for a Family Assistant to help care for our fun, spunky 4-year-old daughter and support our home in the afternoons and evenings. We are looking to build a long term relationship with someone. Our daughter is in pre-K during the day, so the role is a nice mix of light household help earlier in the afternoon and childcare after school. 🕒 Schedule and Pay • Monday–Friday for roughly 6 hrs from +/- 1 hr between 1pm-7pm (30 guaranteed hours per week) Offering 30 guaranteed hours at $25/hour plus paid weeks even when we travel - which is quite a bit. 👧 Childcare Responsibilities • School pick-up and driving to activities • Playing, reading, and engaging • Helping with kindergarten-level worksheets • Dinner + bath time support 🏡 Household Support • Make meals (bonus if you can bake) • Dishes and kitchen reset • Laundry and basic organization • Occasional errands (returns, etc.) No deep cleaning required 🚗 Requirements • Clean driving record • Reliable personal vehicle for school pick-up and activities, mileage will be compensated We’re Looking For Someone Who Is: • Warm, positive, and patient • Comfortable with preschool-aged kids • Organized, flexible and happy to help where needed 💵 Compensation • Market-rate pay, based on experience • Full-time, consistent hours + paid vacation If this sounds like a good fit, please DM me with a bit about yourself, your experience, and your availability.
