Now Hiring: Full-Time Nanny (Open to Nanny Share) – San Francisco Hi there! We’re a warm, first-time family in San Francisco (94109) looking for an experienced nanny to care for our baby starting around March 2026 (start date flexible). We’re also open to a nanny share if the fit and logistics work well. About Us We’re an easygoing family who loves walks around the neighborhood and being outdoors. We value open communication, kindness, and a calm, supportive environment. Role Details - Location: Central between Russian Hill, Nob Hill, and Pacific Heights — very walkable and transit-friendly. - Start Date: March 2026 (flexible within the month). - Schedule: Ideally Monday–Friday, around 8 a.m.–5 p.m. (happy to discuss exact hours). - Hosting: We can host 2–3 days per week at our apartment, go to another family’s home, or rotate if it becomes a share. - Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience. - Driving: Not required (walkable neighborhood). - Pets: We have a friendly dog who loves people. About Our Baby He’ll be about 6 months old when we begin. He’s a social, happy little guy who loves interacting and exploring. What We’re Looking For - 2+ years of experience caring for infants, with strong references. Comfort supporting nap and feeding schedules, and introducing solids. - Warm, patient, communicative, and reliable — someone who enjoys regular check-ins. - Loves engaging through songs, books, playtime, and outdoor walks (comfortable with hills!). - Okay with light baby-related tasks: bottles, high chair clean-up, baby laundry, and tidying play areas. - Up-to-date vaccinations and ability to pass a background check. Nanny Share (Optional) We’d also be open to connecting with another family nearby (Russian Hill, Nob Hill, Pacific Heights, Cow Hollow, or Marina) who may want to share care with a similarly aged baby (4–9 months).
