We are a professional, welcoming family expecting our first child in early April 2026 and are seeking an experienced, full-time nanny to join our household starting in early May 2026. Both parents work full time, so this role requires weekday availability with guaranteed hours and a commitment to providing consistent, high-quality care. We are looking for a long-term partner who can support our family as we transition back to work and establish routines during the newborn stage. The nanny will be responsible for providing attentive, nurturing care for our infant, including supporting feeding and sleep routines, engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities, and maintaining a safe and organized environment related to the child. Light baby-related tasks such as bottle preparation, baby laundry, and keeping the nursery tidy will be part of the role. Clear, ongoing communication with parents about daily routines, milestones, and any concerns is essential. Ideal candidates will have proven experience caring for infants and newborns, along with strong references from previous families. Required qualifications include current infant CPR and First Aid certification, up-to-date vaccinations (including Tdap and flu), reliable transportation, and a non-smoking lifestyle. We are seeking someone who is dependable, calm, proactive, and genuinely passionate about working with infants.
