Mom is going to work outside the home. Dad is WFH. We’re looking for childcare coverage during the day while mom is working. Hoping to find someone who is experienced, patient and kind. Primary focus will be ensuring baby’s safety and well-being (feed, play, going on walks, diaper change, naps, etc), along with light baby related tasks like cleaning up after baby meals (high chair, plates/spoons, bottles) and baby laundry if needed. There may be some meal prep needed (cutting fruits, steaming veggies, warming up food, etc), feeding breakfast and lunch. She is currently taking two naps, but sometimes one nap a day. Baby is crawling fast now, standing up unassisted, cruises furniture so we’re anticipating walking soon! We like the Reggio Emilia approach and try to incorporate that philosophy in our care.Nanny job details
