We are seeking a dependable, nurturing nanny to care for our newborn in our home. We’re looking for someone who truly enjoys working with children, values open communication, and can adapt to a flexible schedule (I am a wedding planner and days off may change). We are also open to the possibility of a nanny-share, with a close family friend, if that's something that you are interested in! Primary Responsibilities: Provide attentive, loving, and developmentally appropriate care for our child Follow daily routines for feeding, naps, playtime, and activities Engage our child in age-appropriate play, learning, and enrichment Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment related to the child Light child-related tasks as needed (tidying toys, preparing simple meals, etc.) Communicate clearly with parents about the day, milestones, and any concerns Schedule & Flexibility: Care will take place in our home Hours may vary, so flexibility is important Occasional adjustments to the schedule may be needed with advance notice Open to discussing a nanny-share arrangement if compatible Ideal Candidate: Has prior experience caring for infants/children Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Flexible with scheduling and open to evolving needs CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified) Comfortable working in a home environment Non-smoker Comfortable with the idea of a nanny-share (preferred but not required) Bonus (but not required): Experience with nanny-shares Early childhood education background Long-term availability
