Part-Time Nanny in Bee Cave for 5-month-old We’re a warm and active family looking for a nanny to care for our son, Jace, and support our happy home. We’re caring, hard-working people who value kindness, communication, and reliability. Dad works from an office, and Mom works from home, so we’re around and involved — but we trust the person in this role to take the lead with Jace during the day. Jace is a sweet and busy baby who loves to be played with and talked to. We’re looking for someone who is confident, dependable, and genuinely enjoys being with babies. If you’re the kind of person who loves to play, brings calm energy, pays close attention to little ones, and treats them with care and respect, we think you’ll feel right at home with us.
 Primary Responsibility: ·      Provide attentive, age-appropriate care for Jace (tummy time, walks in stroller, etc.) ·      Implement nap schedules and diaper baby ·      Communication and coordination with mom around feeding/nursing routines (Jace breastfeeds and takes bottles) ·      Safely engage with Jace indoor and outdoor playtime (time outside is important to us, and Jace loves it too) ·      Maintain a media-free environment (no screen time for baby; personal phone use limited to breaks only) ·      Create a warm, stimulating, and emotionally supportive environment
 Household Support: ·      Keep the kitchen and common living areas tidy (load/unload dishwasher, wipe counters after meals, etc.) ·      Tidy up child’s room and play areas daily (including weekly vacuuming/sweeping of these areas) ·      Handle child’s laundry and ensure their clothes are organized ·      Clean and sanitize bottles and feeding supplies using bottle washer ·      Support smooth household transitions (e.g. helping clean up toys before/after meals or naps) ·      Meal preparation for baby and support with starting solids ·      Occasional errand run for supplies or child transport
 Who We’re Looking For: ·      Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in childcare (with references) ·      Self-motivated, dependable and proactive ·      Warm, kind, energetic, and genuinely enjoys babies ·      Comfortable taking initiative and working independently ·      Strong communication skills ·      Comfortable with mom working from home ·      Proficiency in a second language is a plus, but not required
