About this nanny job

My husband and I are looking for an energetic and reliable nanny to care for our three active boys, ages 4, 3, and 1. We both work full time, mostly from home, and are looking for someone who is confident managing children independently while we're working. Our two older boys attend school from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM, so care during the school year will focus primarily on our youngest during those hours, with all three boys together in the afternoons. Our kids love being outside, and we value a nanny who enjoys fresh air, active play, and engaging the children in fun, age-appropriate activities. We expect plenty of outdoor time and hands-on play rather than screen time. We are looking for a nanny for between 32-40 hours a week. We are open to 4 or 5 days per week. We're happy to discuss a schedule that works well for everyone. Responsibilities Include: -Providing loving, attentive care for three young children -Engaging the kids in active, creative, and developmentally appropriate play -Spending significant time outdoors (backyard play, walks, parks, etc.) -Preparing simple meals and snacks for the children -Assisting with naps and maintaining daily routines -Light child-related tidying (toys, dishes used during the day, etc.) -Communicating regularly with parents about the children's day We are a flexible, easygoing family and are excited to find someone who will become a trusted part of our kids' daily lives.
