About this nanny job

I am single dad with 50/50 custody and am looking for part-time, back-up/on-call support in the event schools are closed and/or in the event I need to work an unscheduled shift. This will likely be an intermittent need based on scheduling challenges so I would love someone to build a mutual and consistent relationship with to rely on. My son has an an IFSP for early intervention and is making amazing strides, so we would need someone interested in nurturing his mind and also entertaining his playful spirit.
