I am a working mother with a consistent evening schedule, so reliability and communication are very important to me. I value structure, safety, and calm energy in our home, especially in the evenings. My daughter is 2 years old, energetic, curious, and affectionate. She enjoys active play, reading books, music, and winding down with a consistent bedtime routine. She attends school and thrives with caregivers who are patient, attentive, and engaging. Our home environment is respectful, organized, and child-focused. I’m very hands-on with my daughter and appreciate caregivers who follow routines, communicate openly, and treat childcare as a partnership. Evenings typically include dinner, playtime, bath, some screen time (educational shows only) and bedtime. Once she’s asleep, responsibilities are light, and I ask that caregivers remain attentive and present in the home. I’m looking for someone dependable, nurturing, and interested in a long-term role with our family.
