Serious and Experienced Applicants Only Please! General Job Description: 1. Arrive at home in own vehicle at noon. (Or earlier if discussed beforehand) 2. Tidy kitchen (empty dishwasher, fill with dirty dishes if they exist). Wipe counters down, tidy up counters and other surfaces. Update grocery list if items are low. (Running list will be on whiteboard somewhere in kitchen) 3. Tidy child’s bonus room downstairs, tidy child’s bedroom/bathroom if needed. 4. Laundry: with our 2 large dogs, and the kiddo, it is common to have a fair amount of laundry. It will be the expectation that the nanny take lead on all laundry for the household - and put in appropriate places. For the child, that would be in his individual drawers, for the dogs, it would be in their designated cubbies, for the parents, leaving the clean folded and hung clothes in bedroom closet is sufficient. 5. School pick up at 3pm-3:30pm. Park and walk in pick up at South Waterfront school. Use SchoolApp application 6. Drive in own car to activities at Multnomah Athletic Club twice a week, other activities twice a week. Familiarity with the MAC a bonus. Use MAC card to enter. Always have parking sticker or card to swipe in and out of parking garage. 7. Snacks, water, potty-ing before activity. Take pics at your own discretion to share with parents. 8. Bring home and potty again (pee/possibly poo). Wash hands. 9. Child should daily practice putting away shoes, backpack, lunchbox. Nanny should clean lunchbox. Put cooler part in freezer. Put dirty in dishwasher. 10. Light snack before dinner. 11. Put away groceries if they have been delivered or brought home. 12. Should engage with child in activity, reading or play until end of shift. 13. Handoff to parent with clean clothes, hands and face! Bladder empty:) 14.
