House Manager / Family Assistant Needed (Part-Time) We’re a warm, organized family looking for a reliable and proactive House Manager to support two busy working professionals and our wonderful 8-year-old son. This role is a mix of childcare, driving, and household/admin support, and is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and independently. Responsibilities include: • School pickup and after-school care • Driving to OT appointments and soccer practice (must have a safe, reliable car) • Preparing snacks and light meal prep / dinner prep • Helping with basic organization around the house • Running errands (dry cleaning, returns, package drop-offs) • Light administrative tasks during school hours (scheduling, organizing, etc.) Ideal candidate: • Responsible, punctual, and highly organized • Comfortable driving children to activities • Enjoys working with elementary-aged kids • Can take initiative and manage tasks independently • Prior house manager or family assistant experience a plus Schedule: Weekday afternoons with some flexibility during school hours (exact hours to be discussed) Pay: Competitive and based on experience If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy supporting a busy family, we’d love to hear from you!Nanny job details
