Full-Time Nanny Needed – Infant Care (2+ Months) We are a warm, professional family seeking an experienced, nurturing full-time nanny to care for our infant (2 months and older). Both parents work in healthcare and have flexible schedules, including working from home at times, and are looking for a dependable, confident caregiver who is comfortable working alongside parents in the home. This role is especially meaningful to us, as there will be many important “firsts” ahead. We hope to find someone who can support our child through milestones such as sleep training, walking, talking, potty training, and early learning - while genuinely sharing in our excitement as he grows. Responsibilities: • Loving, attentive care for our baby • Age-appropriate play, learning, and developmental activities • Reading, talking, and engaging to encourage language development • Feeding, bathing, diapering, and maintaining routines • Introducing new experiences in a safe, developmentally appropriate way • Keeping baby’s areas tidy and organized Ideal Candidate: • Significant experience caring for infants (2 months+) • Knowledgeable about developmental milestones • Warm, patient, reliable, and communicative • Comfortable with parents working from home • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Language Preferences: • Fluent English required • Italian fluency strongly preferred • Other bilingual experience is a plus Details: • Full-time position • Competitive pay, based on experience • Long-term opportunity for the right fit If you are an experienced nanny who values being part of a child’s early growth and milestones, we would love to hear from you.
