About this nanny job

We have an 8 Month old names Reese who we are looking for a nannie for starting in April. This is a part time position and we need someone with a flexible schedule. I (Brandon) work 6-2/3 every weekday so my hours are set. My wife (Bayley) is a nurse with a rotating schedule, so her work days vary by the week and we need someone on the days that she works. We have her schedule up to three months out. The Weekdays she is off we wouldnt need a nanny. Looking to pay 20-25 an hour depending on experience.
