We’re a warm, organized family looking for a dependable, safety-first caregiver for our 14-month-old daughter, Raya. We want someone who enjoys toddlerhood - curious, active, high-energy - but can also bring calm structure to the day: consistent routines, engaging play, outdoor time (weather permitting), and thoughtful support of development. We value clear communication, good judgment, and a caregiver who treats our child with patience and respect. The goal is to start out part time and eventually move to full time in a month or two if that’s possible.
