About this nanny job

We are in need of some in-home support for our 3.5y/o son. Our son has some massive separation anxiety in this stage, and feels his most comfortable at home with his parents close by. Both his father and I work from home and would be at home/on the property most of the time, but we cannot spend as much time/focus with him as he needs to continue to grow and develop. We need someone who knows how to be patient with him while incorporating play and learning into everyday activities. For example, he has some big food aversions, so doing activities with him like food prep or color games with food are some small ways we see someone being able to support with development. He has plenty of toys for both inside and outside play. Toward the end of each shift, we’d need you to support getting him down for his daily nap. Reliability in this season is so important. Should this be a good fit for him and our family, this could be something we’d like to keep in place for the next 1.5 years.
