About this nanny job

We live in Tribeca with 2 girls, one almost 2 and one who just turned 4 We are looking for 20 hours guaranteed at least per weekend -- 9am-7pm on Saturdays and 8am-6pm on Sundays Once a month, we spend a weekend outside of the city in Westchester during the school year; in the summer most weekends are outside of the city in Westchester (and in August, we are in the Hamptons). So flexibility to stay overnight on these weekends will be crucial; ideally the candidate can arrive Friday afternoon or evening and stay until Sunday evening or Monday morning (in August). We are also looking for coverage on holiday weekends and will pay a higher rate for the holiday. We are looking to pay $35+/hr for this role, and very open to higher salaries for experience/skills. This would be the net pay and we will cover the taxes (we have to do on the books payment). Requirements: Past nannying experience, specifically in households with 2 toddlers under the age of 5 Comfortable around a kitchen and cooking, meal prepping Comfortable with light housekeeping -- making beds, tidying up, cleaning kitchen counters, etc. Must be able to swim Must be okay around a golden retriever -- we don't have one but my family does, and we are often with them on weekends Must have strong English skills, able to stay with kids solo if needed Nice to Have: Able to drive
