Warm, Experienced Nanny Needed for Infant (Part-Time, Weekdays) We are first-time parents looking for a warm, loving, and experienced nanny to care for our 4-month-old son. Finding the right fit is incredibly important to us — we’re hoping to build a trusting, positive relationship with someone who is confident in infant care and truly enjoys working with babies. About Our Family: Both parents work full-time but have flexible schedules, which is why we’re seeking consistent care from 10:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. While this will be the regular schedule, we’re hoping to find someone with occasional flexibility to stay a bit later or end earlier on certain days, always with advance notice whenever possible. We value open communication and mutual respect. This is our first child, and we are looking for someone we genuinely connect with and can fully trust with our son. We are a calm, kind household and want our nanny to feel supported, respected, and appreciated. Schedule: Monday–Friday 10:00 AM–4:00 PM (20 hours/week) Occasional flexibility, paid accordingly Responsibilities: Loving, attentive care for our infant Feeding, diaper changes, and naps Age-appropriate developmental activities (tummy time, reading, singing) Baby-related tasks only (washing bottles, tidying play area) Daily communication with parents regarding the day Ideal Candidate: Significant infant/newborn experience Comfortable communicating in English and speaking English regularly with our son (English does not need to be your first language) CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Warm, calm, and nurturing Knowledgeable about infant safety and development Reliable, communicative, and trustworthy Job Details: Compensation = $30-35/hour, based on experience and qualifications Paid trial or working interview preferred We are hoping to find someone interested in a longer-term role.
