About this nanny job

We are just looking to see if we can find the right fit for our family. We have 3 little girls. Our oldest has an intellectual disability, epilepsy and cerebral palsy and autism. She requires Gtube feeds and medicine. Although she does eat what she can by mouth it’s just not enough, this would not be a requirement for you to do right away as mom would be home getting things done but we would love someone who is willing to learn. She is such a loving kid but does sometimes need a break from her little sisters. Our middle daughter who is 3 almost 4 is just the sweetest always wanting to help with anything, she does take a bit longer to warm up but once she does your love her sweet personality. Our youngest who is 2 is the little one who thinks she’s 4. She also has the cutest personality but is a bit more wild than the other two. We are not sure exactly on days or how many we are wanting, we are just looking for a good fit for our family and then wanna go from there. Mom will be home during just to get some stuff done and maybe in future will use time to run errands etc but for now will be home. We would love to know a bit about you to see if you might be a good fit for our family.
