Full-Time Long Term Nanny Needed! About Our Family: We are a family of 4 (soon to be 5!) looking for an attentive, calm and nurturing nanny for our fun loving and sweet 18 month old daughter. Mom is a stay-at-home mom, so comfort working alongside a parent at home is important. Our third baby is due in June and our 4.5 year old is in half day school during the week with some afternoon activities. We are looking for a long term nanny who can establish a great relationship with our toddler, support us during postpartum and eventually watch our newborn for a few years once our toddler is ready for day care. Ultimately, we want someone who is a positive fit with the whole family and especially a wonderful mothers helper! Responsibilities: Childcare - Provide engaging, nurturing and attentive care for our 18 month old - Take toddler out daily to activities (library story time, scheduled classes, playgrounds, walks). Some activities require driving. - Comfortable engaging toddler at home as needed (reading books, playtime, art, etc) - Feed meals/snacks (Food provided by parents, no meal prep required) - Handle nap routine confidently at home - Send photo/video updates and communicate clearly throughout the day - Occasional care for 4.5 year old may be needed at times Light Household Help - Dishes (loading/unloading dishwasher daily) - Kids laundry (Washing, drying, folding and putting away) - Tidy playrooms - Wipe down high chair and eating area after meals - Restock diapers/wipes, as needed - Take out trash, as needed Requirements: - Minimum 5+ years experience caring for toddlers and newborn - Fluent in English - Clean driving record + reliable personal vehicle (car seat provided) - References required - Proof of CPR certification and vaccinations - Safety-first approach and strong judgment Work Expectations: - Limited phone use when watching toddler (we value being present and engaged) - Punctuality and reliability are very important to our family - Good proactive communication and frequent updates sent to mom - No substance use, including but not limited to smoking or vaping - Fragrance-free (no perfumes/cologne as we are prone to headaches from strong scents) Compensation + Benefits: - $35/hour, guaranteed 40 hours/week (Venmo or Zelle only, no cash) - 10 days paid time off - 5 paid sick days - Paid national holidays - Free dedicated parking spot by home
