We are a warm, organized family in Frisco looking for a responsible and reliable person to support our children’s after-school routine. The role focuses on driving to activities, supervision, and homework support in a calm and structured environment. We value kindness with boundaries, clear communication, and consistency. This is a part-time role with occasional relaxed Friday evenings. Ideally suited for someone open to a longer-term collaboration. We are a Spanish family who moved to the U.S. about six months ago for a professional project and are now well settled. Our children are fully integrated into school and extracurricular activities. We expect to stay at least through this school year and the next, and we would love to find someone interested in continuity if the collaboration works well, although there is no formal commitment at this stage. The main focus of the role is helping with the children’s afternoon routine. This includes driving them to music lessons and soccer practice, waiting with them or for them during activities, and staying at home with one or more children when parents attend another activity. You will also supervise homework and quiet time and prepare simple snacks such as fruit or sandwiches. This role does not involve housekeeping and does not require tutoring, only basic homework supervision. Occasionally, we would like to count on you for a relaxed Friday evening while we go out to dinner. These evenings are simple and easy: staying at home with the children, watching a movie together, and having pizza or another simple dinner that we would arrange in advance. English will be the main language used with the children. Fluency in English is required. We are looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, calm, and emotionally mature. Someone warm and caring, but not permissive, who can set boundaries with kindness. Being organized, punctual, trustworthy, and comfortable managing multiple children is important to us. Driving is an essential part of this role. You must have a valid driver’s license, feel confident driving children, and follow safety rules consistently.
