We’re looking for an after-school caregiver for our 7-year-old who is deeply curious and learns best through his interests. He has strong special interests and does best with caregivers who enjoy going deep, asking questions, and building activities around those interests rather than redirecting away from them. This role also includes very light household help during downtime—things like folding laundry or simple meal prep (e.g., cutting vegetables)—done alongside time with our child, not instead of it. This is a great fit for someone who: - Enjoys curiosity-driven conversations - Is patient, calm, and comfortable with repetition - Likes explaining systems or figuring things out together - Is comfortable doing small, simple tasks while engaging with a child Experience with neurodivergent kids is a plus, but curiosity and openness matter most.
