About this nanny job

We are in need of a nanny from 7am to 5:30p, Wednesdays and Thursdays. We have two children, a boy and a girl. Boy is 16 months, girl is 3 months. Boy is moving to one nap a day, is very easy going, thoughtful, loves books and is well mannered. He's shy at first but has the biggest smiles. He's very funny when he opens up. Girl has a tongue tie so we are seeing someone to assist in us helping her adjust to bottles when mom is away (mom breastfeeds). She is just starting to show facial expressions and coo. Boy and girl but especially boy, both enjoy outside, we have a backyard and parks nearby. Walks are encouraged. We would have all food and bottles pre-ready for boy and girl and will try to make your life as easy as possible while working with us (our pantry is yours!). Our ideal nanny would have their own vehicle, be consistent on the days needed (good work ethic) and keep tidy. They would prefer to engage with children instead of sitting the kids or themselves on a screen. Our idea rate is between $20-$30.
