The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children, is patient, and actively engages in their development through play and structured activities. Responsibilities include: Planning and leading age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, creativity, and developmental growth Taking the children on walks and providing outdoor time when weather permits Feeding the children prepared meals and assisting with snacks as needed Supporting potty training with consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement Maintaining a tidy children’s area, including light cleaning of their cups, plates, and related items Ensuring the children’s safety and well-being at all times Communicating regularly about the children’s day, progress, and any concerns
