Safe Sleep Naps: Follow a sleep routine (e.g., lullabies, soft music) to ensure the baby gets enough rest. Safety protocol: The baby should always sleep on their back on a clear surface (without loose blankets or toys in the crib). 3. Stimulation and Motor Development Tummy Time: Conduct tummy time sessions several times a day to strengthen the neck, back, and arm muscles, preparing the baby for crawling. Fine motor skills: Offer textured toys, rattles, and objects that the baby can safely grasp and put in their mouth. Social interaction: Talk to the baby constantly, sing to them, and read short stories to encourage language development. 4. Environmental Management Cleaning of areas: Keep the baby's room tidy and disinfect toys that fall on the floor.
