Part-Time Montessori-Inspired Learning Guide & Nanny We are looking for a high-energy, patient, and creative individual to join our family team! This isn't your typical "sit on the couch" nanny gig. We have three vibrant small children who are at their peak energy levels during the day, and we need someone to help channel that curiosity into meaningful play and learning. The Role at a Glance Schedule: Part-time (Hours focusing on the "mid-day peak"). Focus: Implementing daily lesson plans and facilitating active play. Style: Montessori-inspired (focusing on independence, respect, and hands-on learning). Key Responsibilities Learning Facilitation: Go over prepared lesson plans and guide the children through age-appropriate activities. You’ll be the "lead" during their most active hours, helping them explore new concepts through play. Mealtime Support: You will only be responsible for feeding our 1-year-old (bottles/solids as scheduled). The older children will have separate meal arrangements. Energy Management: Lead outdoor time, sensory play, or "heavy work" activities to help the kids burn off steam in a constructive way. Light Housekeeping: Maintaining the "order of the environment." This includes tidying up the toys/materials used during your shift and ensuring the kitchen area is wiped down after the 1-year-old eats.
