Hi, I'm Sarah with Allies for Allies (an approved UrbanSitter Partner) and we're assisting a family in finding a companion/mentor for their adult daughter. If interested, we'd love to hear from you! Family is seeking a confident, organized and structured, and outgoing Mentor to support a kind 28-year-old woman living independently in Burlingame. She works part-time at a veterinary clinic and enjoys animals, cooking, tennis, and horror movies. This role focuses on: -Executive functioning & organization -Goal setting & follow-through -Social confidence & initiation -Planning and participating in community activities -She connects best with positive, socially confident personalities who bring structure, energy, and a sense of humor. Schedule: ~5–6+ hours/week (Ideally 2 flexible days). Potential for more hours for the right fit. Pay: $50–$60/hr, paid every two weeks through an FMS provider (onboarding process required). If you enjoy helping adults build independence through accountability and encouragement, we’d love to connect!
