Our family of 5 is looking for a kind, energetic, and fun-loving nanny to join our family! We are looking for someone to help with pickups and drop-offs, focus on care for our youngest, and help out with child-related responsibilities at home. Your responsibilities: - Care for our youngest in the afternoons, including play in the house, taking her to the park/classes, and swimming in the summer! - Care for our older two in the afternoons, which generally involves pickups/dropoffs from after-school activities, and encouraging them to focus on homework and music practice. - Help with child-related responsibilities at home including kids’ laundry, organization, and working with our kiddos to clean up after themselves. Responsibilities like laundry could be done when our youngest is napping. Who would be a good fit for this role?: - We are looking for someone fun and energetic who is willing to play with our kids and take them to playgrounds when they don’t have activities. Our girls love pretend play, art, and playing outdoors. - Our girls are growing up and need someone who can hold firm boundaries and help them grow responsibly. Our ideal candidate would be someone who will work with our kids to clean up their messes, say please and thank you, and resolve conflict with kindness. - We would love someone who has some flexibility for date nights, or occasional weekend hours with advance notice. - Must speak English proficiently, have a valid license, and a clean driving record. - Must be comfortable around swimming pools and CPR certified (we can help you get your certification!). We have a swimming pool, and our girls love the water. We need someone open to swimming with Charlotte and the girls or sitting on the pool edge, ready to jump in if needed. - Up-to-date on all vaccines, and a nonsmoker. Hours and Pay We are ready to start immediately! Hours: Hours are guaranteed. Our ideal hours are 12 pm to 6 pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8-5 pm on Fridays (33 hours/week). If you are looking for more than 33 hours, we are open to finding additional hours in the evenings (maybe a scheduled date night) or on the weekends.
