Chill First-Time Parents Seeking Nanny in Hayes Valley Compensation & Benefits - $35/hour - 32 guaranteed hours per week - 2 weeks PTO (1 week family-selected, 1 week nanny-selected) - 12 paid holidays - $500/month health insurance stipend - W-2 position, over the table We’re first-time parents with a delightful seven-month-old daughter who has no special needs and is hitting all of her milestones. We are looking for a nanny to join our family. We’re kind, laid-back, and reasonable, and are hoping to find an active, career nanny who is warm, patient, and consistent, with a focus on fostering our daughter’s emotional and developmental growth. Qualifications - Experience with infants and knowledge of developmental milestones - Infant CPR certification - Comfortable navigating San Francisco with an infant (including Waymo) - Strong professional references required This is a long-term position, and we’re looking for someone who takes initiative and enjoys being part of a household rhythm. We value proactive, thoughtful help when it naturally fits into the day, such as occasional errands (grocery store or farmers market) or light food planning that supports the household. Responsibilities include caring for our daughter, light household tasks related to her care and occasional help with simple meal prep. We’d also love someone who is excited to take her to activities like swim classes, music lessons, and other age-appropriate outings around the city. We aim to minimize screen exposure.
