Part-Time to Full-Time Nanny for Sweet Baby Boy (San Francisco) Hi! We’re a warm, down-to-earth family in San Francisco looking for a loving nanny to join us as we transition back to work after welcoming our son, Jack, in November ❤️ Jack is currently a happy, curious baby who loves tummy time, being talked to, stroller walks, and practicing his little “conversations.” We’re hoping to find someone who truly enjoys babies and wants to become part of our little village — not just an employee. The Position We’re ideally looking for someone who can start part-time for the next 2–3 months and then transition into full-time as I return to work more consistently. Schedule (flexible to start): • Part-time: ~15–25 hours/week (Mon,Wed,Thur) • Transition to full-time: ~35–45 hours/week • Occasional flexibility appreciated but not required What Matters Most to Us We care much more about personality, warmth, and experience with infants than anything else. You might be a great fit if you are: ✨ Experienced with babies (newborn–6 months especially) ✨ Calm, patient, and intuitive ✨ Engaging — talking, singing, reading, playing ✨ Comfortable supporting sleep routines and feeds ✨ Reliable and communicative ✨ Someone who genuinely enjoys watching babies grow and develop Responsibilities • Baby care (feeding, bottles, naps, diapering) • Age-appropriate play and development • Baby laundry and light baby-related tidying • Stroller walks and getting outside • Keeping a simple log of feeds/naps (we’re organized parents 😊) No heavy housework — the focus is Jack.
