About Our Family We are a warm, organized family seeking a dependable, positive-energy nanny/family assistant who enjoys working with elementary- and middle-school-age kids. We value structure, kindness, and clear routines, and are looking for someone who can help keep afternoons running smoothly while creating a supportive and upbeat environment for our children. Responsibilities - Pick up children from school and drive them to/from activities (car provided) - Coordinate and manage different activity schedules for each child - Supervise homework, routines, and transitions between activities - Prepare simple meals/snacks and assist with light cooking - Perform light household tasks related to the children: laundry, load / unload dishwasher, tidying common areas and kids’ spaces - Maintain a structured, calm, and positive after-school environment - Communicate updates with parents about schedules, needs, or concerns Required Qualifications - Proven experience caring for 3 children simultaneously (required) - Experience with elementary-age children and pre-teens/teenagers - Clean driving record and safe driving habits - Valid driver’s license - Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple schedules - Warm, patient, and emotionally attuned to children’s needs - Reliable and punctual Preferred Qualifications - Background in camps, after-school programs, education, or youth programs - Experience creating routines or structured activity plans - CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Ideal Candidate Traits - Positive, steady presence who can “herd the kids” kindly and confidently - Naturally structured and good at setting rhythms for afternoons - Calm under pressure and able to multitask - Communicative and responsible Compensation - Competitive hourly rate based on experience - Car provided for transporting children To apply please send: - Short introduction - Relevant childcare experience - Availability confirmation - ReferencesNanny job details
