About this nanny job

We are looking for a mother’s helper/part time nanny for 1 child (4 months old) in Woodbury. 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am-12pm. We’re hoping to find someone nurturing who enjoys engaging with babies and will support development with age appropriate activities. We will be home while one of us is on family leave until mid May at which point we will continue to require help however at nearby grandparents homes in Suffolk county(within 15/20 min drive). Requirements -Has own transportation -Non smoking/vape -Previous (3y +) childcare experience, with experience caring for infant/baby less than 1 year old -CPR certified -Okay with background check -Communicates well and provides consistent/frequent updates Job Duties -Engage baby by talking, reading books, singing songs (no screens) -Feeding baby and nap routine per schedule and baby’s cues -Taking baby for walks outside in stroller as weather permits -Baby-related cleaning (bottles, play area) Please message me if interested!
