We're looking for a caregiver with significant experience in early childhood development to support our happy 18-month-old. Schedule Overview: - Start Date: Approximately April 1, 2026. - Core Hours: Primarily 5-hour half-days, Monday through Thursday. - Extended Hours: Occasional 8-hour shifts (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) based on business demands. - Commitment: We're looking for a long-term partnership rather than temporary help. Operational Environment: Both parents work full-time roles, and the Father maintains a hybrid schedule. Because a parent is often present in the home, the ideal candidate must be comfortable providing dedicated care in a work-from-home environment. We have a friendly dog in the home, though no pet care is required. Safe street parking is available in our neighborhood.
