Experienced Special Needs Nanny / Behavioral Caregiver Needed – Manhattan We are seeking a warm, patient, and experienced caregiver for our bright and engaging 10-year-old son with ADHD/ASD. He thrives with structure, consistency, and a calm, confident adult who understands emotional regulation and can provide supportive guidance when challenges arise. Requirements: • Experience working with children with ADHD, ASD, or behavioral needs (required) • Background in special education, psychology, ABA, or as a paraprofessional is strongly preferred • Calm, dependable, and proactive personality • Ability to set gentle but firm boundaries • Excellent communication skills Responsibilities: • after-school care • Supporting routines and activities • Helping him stay regulated and engaged • Occasional coordination with therapists or parents Location: Manhattan Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
