Part-Time Babysitter/Nanny Needed – In-Home Care (Thursdays) We are looking for a reliable, caring, and engaging babysitter/nanny to provide in-home childcare for our three children while dad works from home. Schedule: • Thursdays from approximately 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM • Potential for additional Thursday hours as needed Primary Responsibilities: • Provide attentive care for our youngest child (22 months old) during the afternoon • Engage in age-appropriate play, supervision, and basic care (snacks, diaper changes, etc.) • Help support a smooth transition when older siblings arrive home from school • Supervise all children once they are home as needed Family Structure During Care: • Dad will be working from home and available if needed • Dad will occasionally leave briefly to pick up older children from school or baseball practice Ideal Candidate: • Experienced with toddlers and multiple children • Warm, patient, and dependable • Comfortable working in a home where a parent is present • Able to take initiative and keep the youngest engaged in a safe, nurturing environment This role is ideal for someone seeking consistent part-time hours in a supportive, family-oriented environment.
