I am a Care Coach Sarah with Cariloop, an approved UrbanSitter partner, looking to fulfill a full-time childcare job for a family on UrbanSitter with the following needs: Full-Time Nanny Needed (Sept 2026 Start) – 9 Months/Year – 1 Toddler + 2 Dogs Hi! We’re looking for a full-time nanny to join our family starting in September 2026. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $19–$23/hour (based on experience) Duration: September–May (we travel during the summer months, so this position runs 9 months per year) We have a sweet and active 2-year-old and two large dogs. Both parents work from home, so we’re looking for someone who is confident, professional, and comfortable working in a home where parents are present. Responsibilities: Full care of our toddler (engaging play, learning activities, outdoor time, meals, naps) Maintaining a consistent daily routine and structure Light housekeeping related to the child and general tidiness Household management tasks such as grocery shopping, returning packages, and occasional errands Comfortable caring for large dogs We’re Looking For Someone Who Is: Confident and direct in communication Experienced with toddlers Strong with schedules, routines, and gentle discipline Calm, patient, and nurturing Professional and able to work well alongside parents who are home We practice respectful, calm discipline — no yelling or physical correction — and want someone aligned with that approach.
