About this nanny job

Care focus is the 11yo; Older two children (14, 16) are largely independent (join dinner; occasional chore reminder). Core schedule: Mon–Thu 4:00–8:00/8:30 PM every other week (shared custody). Pickup window flexible 4–5 PM. Guaranteed 15–20 hours on working weeks. Optional (off kid-week): 4–8 hours for non-child tasks (meal prep, light home organization, errands). Kid-week duties: after-school pickup (all 3 at same location; reliable car), dinner prep/serve, lead routine + reinforce household guidelines/respectful communication, screens earned after homework/chores (prompt + follow-through), homework support for 11yo (stay on task, brief check-ins; tutoring not required), kitchen reset (dishwasher/counters; child helps; no deep cleaning). Parent works from home and available for escalation; caregiver leads routine. Mileage reimbursed; references + background check. Please include hourly rate, confirm every-other-week availability, optional off-week hours (yes/no), and, if possible, references.
