About this nanny job

We are seeking a patient, engaging, and dependable part-time nanny to care for our very active and curious 3-year-old. I work from home, so I will be present but need someone who is confident taking the lead during care hours. This role is more than supervision — we are looking for someone who enjoys teaching through play, helping with early learning, structure, and positive behavior guidance. Schedule: • Every other Monday: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM • Tuesday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM • Consistent availability is very important Responsibilities Include: • Engaging my son in age-appropriate learning activities (letters, numbers, colors, shapes, early writing, etc.) • Reading, singing, and interactive play • Helping him release energy through active and outdoor play • Encouraging routines, listening skills, and positive behavior • Preparing simple snacks/meals as needed • Light cleanup related to child activities Ideal Candidate: • Experience caring for toddlers (especially energetic ones) • Patient, nurturing, and able to provide structure • Comfortable working in a home where a parent works remotely • Creative and enthusiastic about early childhood learning • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) We are looking for someone who can become a consistent, positive presence in our son’s life and help support his growth and development in a fun and loving way.
