About this nanny job

We are a family in Russian Hill seeking a warm, reliable, and experienced part-time nanny for our 6-month-old baby girl. This is a long-term position with 12 guaranteed hours per week across Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with the potential for additional hours in the future as my work hours increase. We are flexible on timing, though we prefer mornings to early afternoons. We’re happy to establish a consistent schedule that works well for everyone. Street parking is readily available. Our neighborhood is also accessible by public transportation. Will pay a competitive hourly rate based on experience. We are open to paying cash, though we would prefer to pay via credit card if possible. Responsibilities: -Sole care of our 6-month-old while I am out of the house -Engaging, age-appropriate play and developmental activities -Feeding (bottles and solids as needed) -Diapering and nap support -Stroller walks (our neighborhood is very walkable with parks nearby) -Light baby-related tidying (bottles, play area) Ideal Candidate: -Infant experience with references -Comfortable supporting healthy sleep routines -CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) -Reliable, proactive, and communicative -Non-smoker We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys babies and wants to build a long-term relationship with our family.
