About this nanny job
My husband and I work from home and we need care during the work day for our 6 month old daughter (no special needs, dietary concerns, or health conditions). She naps for about 30-45 minutes every 2 hours and eats 4-6 ounces during each wake window. Expectations include playing (floor and tummy time), diapering, clothing changes, bottle feeding (bottle warmer), bottle washing and unloading (bottle washer), and putting baby down for a nap, and supervising naps on the baby monitor (no driving, unrelated house chores, or meal prep). We are looking for someone responsible, experienced with infants, has background knowledge of child development, and has reliable transportation to and from our home. This person must also be comfortable around a large, goofy labradoodle (55 pounds) who loves attention and will be at your side (most likely) non-stop, which means more attention is needed to keep him at a safe distance when he is near the baby (he is not aware of his own size). Letting him out in the backyard once or twice a stay and filling his water and food bowl would also be required. We need someone 3-5 hours per day for 3-4 days a week (open to a variety of schedules between the hours of 8 AM-4 PM Monday-Friday). An ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, but it is not required. Our primary language is English, but we would like our daughter to be bilingual in Spanish. Proof of vaccination is required and non- smokers only please (parent asthma). Payment rate and type are flexible ($20-$25 based on qualifications and experience).Nanny job details
