A kind and welcoming family in Poway is seeking a warm, dependable mother’s helper to support their 6-month-old twin girls starting in March. The schedule will be Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm (guaranteed 40 hours per week). Compensation is $25–$30/hour depending on experience. This is a collaborative, mother’s helper role with a stay-at-home mom who is very hands-on and involved in the babies’ daily routines. The ideal candidate is someone who is supportive, respectful of the family’s parenting style, and comfortable working alongside a present parent. There will be opportunities for solo care. Twin experience is wonderful, but not required. This could be a great opportunity for someone newer to nannying with infant experience and is eager to learn and grow. CPR certification is required. A second language is a plus. A valid driver’s license and reliable car are needed. The family is hoping to find someone who genuinely loves caring for babies and also values being part of a family team. They would love someone kind, personable, and thoughtful.
