Hi! We’re the Nelsons 🤍 We’re a married couple with a sweet one-year-old daughter. 🙂 Both of us are professionals who work from home during the day, and we’re very active, hands-on parents. What we’re looking for: Friendly, dependable, experienced caregiver who is comfortable with in home care for a 1 year old. Loves active play (reading, singing, sensory play, outdoor time) Comfortable with Montessori-style learning and curiosity-based activities Someone okay with minimal to occasional screen time (we don’t mind a short show 1-2 times every other day - child appropriate shows only :) ) Proactive, communicative, and confident leading the day About our home: Christian family Positive, calm, and structured environment We work from home but respect your space and won’t micromanage Duties: • Engaged childcare • Feeding + simple meal prep for baby • Tidying play areas Schedule options: • Mon–Fri, 9am–2pm (25 hrs) • Tues–Fri, 9am–2pm (20 hrs) • Open to slight adjustments if needed
