Flexible, As-Needed Babysitter Wanted – Looking to Build a Trusted List of Sitters Hi! I’m looking to connect with a few dependable, caring babysitters I can call from time to time when my husband is traveling and I need to step out for client meetings. My work schedule can vary, so that I may need help occasionally in the morning or evening, sometimes on short notice. Some weeks I may not need anyone at all, and other times I may reach out to see who’s available. I hope to build a small, trusted group of sitters I can rely on when those moments come up. A little about our family: One child has controlled seizures. We will always provide clear instructions, and everything is well-managed — we need someone comfortable and confident with that responsibility. One child is on the autism spectrum. We also have friendly dogs and cats, so being comfortable with pets is important. We’re looking for someone who is: Kind, patient, and attentive Reliable and communicative Comfortable following routines and specific guidance Open to occasional, flexible scheduling CPR/First Aid certified (a plus, but not required) Experience with special needs is wonderful, but most important to us is someone calm, caring, and willing to learn our kids’ routines.
