Title: On-Call Babysitter Needed for Bright & Sweet 4-Year-Old (Flexible Schedule + On-the-Spot Pay) – Paterson, NJ Hi! I’m located in Paterson, NJ and I’m looking for a reliable, warm, and engaging babysitter to become a consistent, go-to person for my 4-year-old daughter. This would be an on-call position with flexible hours — perfect if you’re looking to pick up extra income on certain days. Schedule & Availability: • Hours will vary — sometimes 9am–5pm, sometimes late afternoons or evenings. • I will always provide at least one week’s notice before any scheduled day. • There is no set weekly schedule right now, but it could become more consistent over time. • Ideal for someone who wants occasional, flexible work. About My Daughter: She is 4 years old, very bright, well-behaved, and a great listener. She may need a little time to get comfortable at first, but once she does, she’s truly a joy to be around. She loves: • Reading books • Playing pretend and dress-up • Playing with her toys • Creative play and conversation She’s easygoing, fun, and very sweet. Responsibilities May Include: • Engaging her in play and age-appropriate activities • Reading with her • Light meal/snack supervision (I can have meals prepared) • Occasionally picking her up from school (within 10 minutes of our apartment) Care would primarily take place in my apartment. School pickup would only be needed on some days. Payment: Payment will be provided on the spot, either in cash or via Zelle — whichever you prefer. What I’m Looking For: • Reliable and responsive communication • Someone patient, kind, and interactive • Experience with preschool-aged children • Comfortable with flexible/on-call scheduling • Ability to commit long-term so my daughter can build familiarity and comfort I’m really hoping to find someone dependable who would like to build a consistent relationship with our family, even though the hours are flexible.
