Part-Time Nanny / After-School Sitter — Lakewood Ranch Schedule: 3 days/week, 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM (specific days flexible, will align with custody schedule) Pay: $18+/hour depending on experience Start Date: April 2026 About Us: Single dad with two kids: a 6-year-old daughter and a 4-year-old son. I work full-time and need reliable help with afternoon pickups and care on my custody days. What the job looks like: • Pick up both kids from school (Lakewood Ranch area, two separate locations ~10 min apart) • Bring them home to the apartment • Prepare a simple snack • Supervise play, help with any activities • Light tidying from the kids' afternoon (dishes, toys put away) Must haves: • Reliable car, valid license, clean driving record • Experience with young children • CPR certified (or willing to get certified) • Comfortable with a child who has special needs (daughter is autistic, attends therapy) • Passes background check • Punctual and communicative Nice to haves: • Experience with children on the autism spectrum • Early childhood education background • Familiar with Lakewood Ranch / Bradenton area Not required: • Cooking full meals • Housekeeping beyond kid-related cleanup • Overnights or weekends Interested?
